For all live events using HuddleNow, we provide an in-person Help Desk at the event. The Help Desk is generally located near the Registration Area.

In order to use HuddleNow, you must be an invited attendee for the live event. You should have received an invite email that contains the following information:

1) Information about the event.

2) Download URLs and instructions for installing the HuddleNow app.

3) All the necessary HuddleNow login credentials to activate the app.

4) Information on how to reach our support help desk via phone, email, or in-person.
